From March 1-27, 2025, the 20th Force Support Squadron is giving the Shaw Weasel community hundreds of ways to win cash and prizes with our benchmark SMILE customer rewards program! One lucky customer WILL WIN a 2025 Nissan Kick! (sponsored in part by Nissan of Sumter).

To enter the contest you just have to use your FSS activities and services!

When you visit our select activities and services you will receive a scratch off card. WE KNOW THAT WILL MAKE YOU SMILE!

You could win an instantly prize, just for being an FSS customer! HOW? Throughout March, select FSS activities will give customers scratch off cards just for visiting the facility! Each card is a winner!** You can keep the prize you win or fill out the back and drop it into the box for a second chance prize like an IPad or other Weekly Prizes.

They can turn up anywhere and at anytime!

The Smile team will be roaming Shaw looking for people showing their smiles! If they spot you, you could win $100 cash, FSS Prizes or an entry into the drawing for a NEW Car!!

*10 prize patrols are scheduled and can turn up anywhere, not only in FSS activities. Look for HAPPY, SMILING people!

Attend one of these special events and you may receive a bonus SMILE scratch card.

• Customers may only receive (1) scratch card daily (per facility) at a participating 20 FSS facility.

• Participating facilities are: Bowling Center, Cosmic Grill, Golf Course, Tee Top Café, any Rickenbacker’s location, Carolina Skies Club & Conference Center, Molly’s, Outdoor Recreation, ITT, and Arts & Crafts.

• Every scratch card is a winner. To win any of the weekly prizes you must enter into the weekly drawing.

• Only persons, 18 years of age and older, who are eligible MWR customers IAW AFI 34-101, Attachment 2 may participate in the Smile Promotion. Eligibility will be verified before the awarding of any of the weekly drawing prizes.

• All discounts, freebies and/or coupons awarded on game cards expire 30 Apr 2025. Cards cannot be exchanged for anything other than what is shown on the card. Change is not given for any unused portion of coupons.

• Customers may choose to turn in their scratch off card for the prize awarded on the card or fill out the back of the card and drop it into the Smile Weekly Prize entry box located at a participating facility. Only (1) registration per person allowed for the weekly prize. Once a customer wins a weekly prize the customer is no longer eligible to win a weekly prize. All registration of the remaining entries will roll over for the next weekly prize drawing.

• The final (7) prizes will be given away during the promotion finale event.

• FSS employees may not receive a card in the facility where they work under any circumstance. FSS leadership and flight chiefs are not eligible to win any of the weekly drawing prizes.

• Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with a weekly prize award. If the winner of a weekly prize cannot take ownership for any reason, the Smile Team will select another eligible customer.

• Winner(s) of any prize valued over $600, must provide their SSN for issuance of an IRS Form 1099. Weekly prizes cannot be substituted or traded for cash value.

• Rules are subject to change without notice. Numbers of entrants will be determined based on the number of people who enter their scratch card into a 20 FSS Smile box before the weekly deadline.
