From March 4-27, 2024, the 20th Force Support Squadron is giving the Shaw Weasel community hundreds of ways to win cash and prizes with our benchmark SMILE customer rewards program! One lucky customer WILL WIN a 2024 Nissan Kick! (sponsored in part by Nissan of Sumter).
To enter the contest you just have to use your FSS activities and services!
When you visit our select activities and services you will recievie a scratch off card. WE KNOW THAT WILL MAKE YOU SMILE!

Culinary Series: Base Bites
Afterburner Grill Flight Kitchen, one of nine bases selected, will be featured in the Air Force Culinary Series, showcasing hidden gems and introducing the talented chefs behind the scenes. Stop by for a delicious meal and let host Rudy (Rudy Jay) Johnson know how much you enjoy eating at Afterburner Grill. Stop by between: 11-1 p.m.

Stop by the Cosmic Grill for our special of cabbage, corn beef, potatoes, and a drink. 10:30 am – 2 pm
Beautification Day at ODR
Spring has sprung! Outdoor Recreation is doing a little spring cleaning, and volunteers are needed! The plans for the day are raking, picking up debris, and cutting overgrown brush. A cookout will be held at the end of the day as a thank-you to all the volunteers. Volunteer documentation certificates will be provided for anyone looking to track volunteer hours. 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Corn Hole Tournament at Molly's
Join us for an exhilarating Cornhole Tournament 3:30 p.m. on March 14th at the Weasel Kick Back inside Carolina Skies Club! Entry is just $5.00 per person, and all skill levels are welcome to compete. It's a blind draw, single elimination format, so come prepared to showcase your tossing skills. The Players Tournament at Carolina Lakes Golf Course
The thrill is in the chase. We are thrilled to invite you to our first-ever flag tournament! This unique event adds a twist to the traditional game, where each player is assigned a specific number of strokes based on their handicap. Once you’ve played your final assigned stroke, simply plant your flag right there on the course. The player who plants their flag the farthest along the course wins! $50/player Starts at 9 am.

Beautify Wateree Rec Area
It’s that time of year again to beautify our Wateree Recreation Area. We are calling folks of all ages to come out and help us clean up our winter debris and keep Wateree looking beautiful. Lunch will be provided afterward in or by the Rec Hall. Bring your own gloves, shovels, and rakes. The safety briefing will be at 8:30 a.m. at Pavilion #3. Donations of flowers, plants, gardening tools, cabin items, and more are welcome!
SMILE Finale @ Weasel Kick Back
Join us at Molly's starting at 3:30 p.m. as we award the final 7 prizes which will include a 2024 Nissan Kicks.
• Customers may only receive (1) scratch card daily (per facility) at a participating 20 FSS facility.
• Participating facilities are: Bowling Center, Cosmic Grill, Golf Course, Tee Top Café, any Rickenbacker’s location, Carolina Skies Club & Conference Center, Molly’s, Outdoor Recreation, ITT, and Arts & Crafts.
• Every scratch card is a winner. To win any of the weekly prizes you must enter into the weekly drawing.
• Only persons, 18 years of age and older, who are eligible MWR customers IAW AFI 34-101, Attachment 2 may participate in the Smile Promotion. Eligibility will be verified before the awarding of any of the weekly drawing prizes.
• All discounts, freebies and/or coupons awarded on game cards expire 30 Apr 2024. Cards cannot be exchanged for anything other than what is shown on the card. Change is not given for any unused portion of coupons.
• Customers may choose to turn in their scratch off card for the prize awarded on the card or fill out the back of the card and drop it into the Smile Weekly Prize entry box located at a participating facility. Only (1) registration per person allowed for the weekly prize. Once a customer wins a weekly prize the customer is no longer eligible to win a weekly prize. All registration of the remaining entries will roll over for the next weekly prize drawing.
• The final (7) prizes will be given away during the promotion finale event.
• FSS employees may not receive a card in the facility where they work under any circumstance. FSS leadership and flight chiefs are not eligible to win any of the weekly drawing prizes.
• Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with a weekly prize award. If the winner of a weekly prize cannot take ownership for any reason, the Smile Team will select another eligible customer.
• Winner(s) of any prize valued over $600, must provide their SSN for issuance of an IRS Form 1099. Weekly prizes cannot be substituted or traded for cash value.
• Rules are subject to change without notice. Numbers of entrants will be determined based on the number of people who enter their scratch card into a 20 FSS Smile box before the weekly deadline.
